Managing Your Knowledge Base

Your knowledge base is the core of your Reaktly AI assistant. This guide covers everything from adding content to monitoring quality.

Adding Content

You can add content to your knowledge base in several ways:

  1. Manual entry — Create items directly in the dashboard
  2. Ingestion API — Push content programmatically (see Integrations)
  3. Built-in connectors — Shopify, WordPress, and more

Content Types

Reaktly supports several content types (source types):

Monitoring Quality

Regularly review your AI's responses in the Conversations view to identify:

  • Missing knowledge (questions the AI can't answer)
  • Outdated content (stale information)
  • Inaccurate responses (content that needs improvement)
